Men's Fellowship

About the Men's Fellowship

The Men's Fellowship is a brotherhood of men at Presbyterian Church Of Ghana, Covenant Congregation, Dzorwulu committed to growing as godly husbands, fathers, sons, and leaders. In a world that constantly redefines manhood, we look to God's Word as our standard for what it means to be a man of God. Through monthly meetings, retreats, community service, and discipleship, we build men who are spiritually strong, emotionally healthy, and actively serving their families and church.

Brief History

The Men's Fellowship traces its roots to the 20th century, when Basel Missionaries introduced Christianity to the Gold Coast and church activities including Sunday School and Bible Classes for adults began. After a Women's Bible Class was introduced, the men organised their own. A revival came in 1943 when Rev. E. V. Asihene, appointed to lead Church Evangelism, revived the men's Bible classes, and growth continued through the 1970s. On 21st November 1981, the Ga Presbytery Men's Bible Classes, led by Brother E. Q. Q. Sanniez, held an inaugural national conference with 95 delegates from 38 congregations, formally establishing the National Men's Fellowship of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana.
